Pricing

How much does professional presentation design cost?

Almost nobody in this industry publishes prices, which is exactly why this question gets asked so often. Below is what presentation design actually costs in 2026, across the market — not just at our studio — and what makes a quote move up or down.

Short answer: a professional presentation redesign generally runs $100 to $2,500, and a custom-built deck $300 to $10,000+. That range is wide because "presentation design" describes five different products sold to five different buyers.

What the market actually charges

Provider typeTypical priceWhat you get
Marketplace freelancer$5–25 / slideVisual cleanup. Little structural or narrative work; quality varies enormously.
Specialist studio$100–2,500 / projectRestructured content plus design, editable files, revision rounds, a named person accountable.
Premium agency$3,000–15,000+Strategy workshops, custom illustration, animation, account management.
AI tools$8–40 / monthFast template-based drafts. No judgement, and exports frequently break in PowerPoint.

Two structural notes. Per-slide pricing favours the seller on simple slides and punishes you on complex ones — a title slide and a five-chart financial slide are not the same work, and a per-slide quote prices them identically. Agency pricing is largely overhead: offices, account managers and new-business teams are real costs, and they are in your quote whether or not they improve your deck.

What actually drives your quote

  • Slide count — the obvious one, and the least important beyond about thirty slides, where systems take over from one-off work.
  • Content readiness. The single largest variable. A finished script with final numbers is a design job. A folder of notes, half a spreadsheet and "you'll figure out the story" is a strategy job with design attached, and it costs materially more.
  • Data complexity. Charts that must be accurate, labelled and defensible take longer than charts that must merely look tidy.
  • Brand constraints. A clear brand guide speeds work up. No guidelines means building a visual system first.
  • Animation. Morph sequences and staged builds are genuinely time-consuming; most decks do not need them.
  • Deadline. Rush work displaces other scheduled work and is priced accordingly.
  • Revisions. Structured rounds are normal; open-ended revision is what turns a fixed price into an hourly one.
The question worth asking a designer: "What will you change other than how it looks?" If the answer is nothing, you are buying decoration. Most decks that fail do so because the argument is unclear, not because the slides are ugly.

What we charge, and why

Our own starting prices are published on every service page: presentation redesign from $100 for up to fifteen slides, investor and custom decks from $300, template systems from $500, and AI-assisted Engine decks from $199. Quotes are fixed before work begins.

Those numbers sit below agency rates for a straightforward reason: we are a five-person specialist studio in Lahore working remotely, not an office on a marketing high street. We publish them because a buyer who cannot estimate cost usually postpones the decision entirely — and because after 1,000+ projects we know what these jobs take.

One practice that removes most of the pricing risk for you: we redesign one sample slide from your own deck before full production, so you see the standard before committing to the project. Details on the redesign service page.

Is it worth it?

For an internal update seen once by five colleagues, probably not — use a good template. It is worth it when a presentation carries a decision: a raise, a bid, a board approval, a renewal. At that point the relevant comparison is not the design fee against your budget, but the fee against the value of the decision, and that maths is rarely close.
