AI presentation design

AI speed.
Designer judgment.

Generic AI tools produce generic decks. The Redesign Engine™ is trained on 1,000+ real client projects and reviewed by a designer before delivery — in 48 hours.

From $199 · 48-hour delivery · human QA on every order · editable PowerPoint or Google Slides

Every AI presentation tool solves the same half of the problem. They're fast — a draft in under a minute — and that speed is real. What they can't do is judge: which number closes this deal, which slide should be cut, whether the argument actually holds together for the person in the room.

So they fall back on templates. That's why decks from different AI tools look interchangeable, and why they break when exported into PowerPoint for a meeting that matters.

We took the opposite approach. Instead of building a general-purpose generator, we trained a system on the layout patterns, structural decisions, and quality standards of 1,000+ decks our own studio has delivered — then put a designer's review pass on every single output before it reaches a client. You keep the 48-hour turnaround. You lose the AI look.

Why it works

Where the Engine differs from generic AI tools

Trained on real delivered work

Layout systems distilled from five years of client projects, not a generic template library shared by every user of a tool.

A designer reviews every deck

Hierarchy, data emphasis, and brand fit are checked and corrected by a human before delivery. AI drafts; a designer decides.

Native editable output

Fully editable PowerPoint or Google Slides — not a web-only deck that loses its formatting the moment you export it.

Accountability

If something's wrong, there's a studio to fix it. No tool subscription can offer that.

The process

How the Redesign Engine works

Five stages between your raw content and a deck you'd take into a board meeting.

Step 1

Send raw content

Notes, a document, a spreadsheet, or an old deck. The intake takes about ten minutes.

Step 2

Structure and draft

The Engine organises the argument and builds slides on proven layout systems.

Step 3

Designer QA pass

A human designer reviews hierarchy, data treatment, and brand fit — and fixes what AI can't see.

Step 4

Delivered in 48 hours

Editable PowerPoint or Google Slides plus PDF, with a revision round on Pro.

Should you use AI for presentations at all?

Yes — for the right stage. AI is genuinely good at first-draft structure, converting long documents into slide-sized units, and generating variations quickly. It is unreliable at judgement calls: what to cut, what deserves emphasis, when a chart is misleading, and when a slide undermines your credibility.

The practical answer for most teams is a hybrid: let AI handle the mechanical first pass, then apply human review before anything is presented. That's exactly the workflow we productised — and we wrote about the reasoning in detail in why AI presentation tools make generic decks.

What the Engine is not

It isn't a self-serve app, and we're deliberate about that. There's no subscription and no dashboard: you send content, a deck comes back, a designer has checked it. That constraint is what keeps the quality bar where a studio's name can sit behind it.

It also isn't the right choice for every project. High-stakes fundraising decks, brand-critical launches, and complex data storytelling still benefit from full custom work — which is why our investor deck service exists alongside it. If your project needs that, we'll tell you rather than sell you the faster option.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Gamma, Beautiful.ai, or Tome?

Those tools generate from generic template libraries shared by all users, which is why their output converges on one look. The Engine generates on layout systems distilled from 1,000+ of our own delivered client projects, and a designer reviews every output before delivery.

Will my deck look AI-generated?

That's the specific failure we built the Engine to avoid. Between trained layouts and a human QA pass, output is designed to be indistinguishable from studio work — you can judge for yourself from the real examples on our Engine page.

What do I need to provide?

Raw content in any form — notes, a document, a spreadsheet, or an existing deck — plus your logo and brand colours if you have them.

Is my content used to train your system?

No. Your content is used solely to produce your deck. Nothing is published or reused without written permission, and NDAs are welcome.

What format do I receive?

Editable PowerPoint or Google Slides, plus a PDF export. Never a locked, web-only deck.

What if I don't like the result?

Pro includes a structured revision round. Because a designer reviews every order before it ships, outright misses are rare — but if one happens, a studio is accountable for fixing it.

Can the Engine match our brand?

Yes on the Pro tier, which includes brand matching from your logo, colours, and fonts. The base tier uses one of our proven layout systems with your colours applied.
