These terms apply to projects commissioned directly from Redesign Presentation. Projects ordered through Upwork or Fiverr are also governed by that platform's terms; where they conflict, the platform's terms apply. Questions: Service@redesignpresentation.com.
Prices on this website are starting prices. Every project receives a fixed written quote based on slide count, content readiness, data work, brand requirements and deadline. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Where included, we design a sample slide first so you can approve the direction before full production.
Each engagement includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Revisions cover changes within the agreed scope; new content or a new direction may be quoted as additional work.
Final files are delivered as editable PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote files plus a PDF, as agreed. Turnaround times start once we have the content and information needed to begin.
Payment is made through Upwork, Fiverr, or direct invoice (for example via Payoneer or bank transfer), as agreed in your quote. For direct invoices, payment terms and any deposit are stated on the invoice.
Once paid in full, you own the final presentation files we create for you. You are responsible for having the rights to the content, logos and data you supply. Licensed fonts, stock images and icons remain subject to their own licences.
We keep your materials confidential and sign NDAs on request. We only show your work in our portfolio with your permission.
We design presentations to communicate clearly and persuasively, but we cannot guarantee funding, sales or any other outcome. Outcomes mentioned on this website are reported by clients.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
We may update these terms. The version in force when your quote is accepted applies to your project.
