From $100 · up to 15 slides · 24–72 hour delivery · fully editable files

Most presentations don't need to be rewritten. They need to be re-seen. The content is usually right — the thinking happened, the numbers are real — but it arrives on screen as paragraphs, inherited templates, and slides built under deadline by someone who wasn't a designer. The audience ends up reading the screen instead of listening to the person in front of it.

A redesign fixes the delivery layer. We keep what you know and rebuild how it lands: what each slide is actually arguing, what the eye should reach first, and what can be removed entirely without losing meaning. Typically we cut body text by around half and lose nothing.

This is the fastest, lowest-risk way to work with a studio: it starts at $100, most redesigns ship in 24–72 hours, and you approve a sample slide before we build the rest.

Why it works

What you get back

Hierarchy that does the work

One clear focus per slide. The most important element wins visually, so meaning transfers in seconds instead of paragraphs.

Consistency across every slide

Type scale, spacing, colour, and chart style unified into one system — the difference between "someone made slides" and "this company has standards".

Data made readable

Tables become charts where charts help, and charts get labelled so the takeaway is stated, not inferred.

A file your team can keep using

Master slides and reusable layouts, so the next deck starts from something good rather than from a blank document.

The process

Sample first — you approve before we build

No large upfront commitment. You see the direction on one of your own slides before the full deck goes into production.

Step 1

Send your deck

Upload the current file with any brand assets and tell us the audience and the deadline.

Step 2

Review a sample slide

We redesign one representative slide. You approve the direction or tell us what to change — before full production.

Step 3

Full redesign

Every slide rebuilt with consistent hierarchy, visual system, and data treatment across the deck.

Step 4

Delivery & revisions

Editable PowerPoint or Google Slides plus PDF, with revision rounds until you sign off.

What we change, and what we deliberately keep

We change the delivery layer: structure, slide headlines, hierarchy, type, spacing, colour, iconography, chart design, and image treatment. We keep your substance — claims, numbers, positioning, and voice. If we believe a claim is unclear or unsupported, we flag it for you rather than quietly rewriting it.

The most valuable change is usually invisible in a screenshot: reordering. Decks accumulate slides in the order the team thought of them, not the order an audience needs them. Fixing sequence often does more for comprehension than any visual improvement.

When a redesign is the right choice — and when it isn't

Redesign is right when the content is broadly correct and the problem is presentation: dense slides, inconsistent formatting, an inherited template, or a deck built by several people that reads like it. It is also right when you need speed — a board meeting on Thursday, a client pitch tomorrow.

It is the wrong choice when the argument itself hasn't been decided. If you don't yet know what the audience must believe by the final slide, no amount of design will rescue it — that is a strategy conversation first, and we will tell you so rather than take the project. For fundraising specifically, our investor pitch deck service includes that narrative work.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How fast can you redesign my presentation?

Most redesigns ship in 24–72 hours. Larger decks of 40+ slides typically take 3–5 working days. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front — rush delivery is usually possible.

Do you keep my original content?

Yes. Your claims, data, and voice stay. We restructure how information is presented — sequence, headlines, hierarchy, and visuals — and will suggest cuts where text is redundant, but nothing is removed without your approval.

What if I only have a PDF of my deck?

We can work from a PDF, though rebuilding from it takes slightly longer since text and charts must be recreated. If the original PowerPoint or Google Slides file exists anywhere, send that instead.

Can you match our corporate brand guidelines?

Yes. Send your brand guide, fonts, and logo files and the redesign will be built inside your system, so the deck is consistent with everything else your organisation produces.

Will the file still work on my computer?

Yes. We deliver native PowerPoint or Google Slides with fonts and assets packaged so the deck renders correctly on other machines — including conference-room laptops that aren't yours.

Do you redesign Google Slides as well as PowerPoint?

Both, and we can convert between them. See our Google Slides design service for collaboration-first teams.

What does the sample slide cost?

Nothing extra — it's the first step of the project, included in the quoted price, so you see the direction before full production begins.
