• Information you send us — your name, email, company, project details and files when you use our project form, email, WhatsApp, or book a call.
• Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level) and interactions, collected through analytics tools described below.
• Client project content — decks, documents and data you share so we can deliver your project.

Third-party services we use

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated website usage statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps that show how pages are used.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures visits from LinkedIn and supports advertising measurement.
• Tally — powers our project enquiry form.
• Calendly — powers call booking.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.
• Upwork, Fiverr and Payoneer — if you choose to pay through these platforms; their own privacy policies apply.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Some may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How we use your data

• To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver projects.
• To understand and improve how the website performs.
• To send project-related messages. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

We do not sell personal data.

Confidentiality of client work

Project files are used only to deliver your project. We sign NDAs on request, and we only show client work publicly with permission. Confidential financials are never published.

How long we keep data

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the work, support revisions and meet accounting obligations, then deleted or archived securely. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing Service@redesignpresentation.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights under local law. You can also control cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
